That’s a great move! The game is really fun, it worked off my flash drive so I spent many hours in the high school library building little towns

I have to say, it felt like one of those cheap Steam greenlight cash grabs, pushed out half-finished for ten bucks and never properly completed. What’s almost laughable is that, ten years later, they’re now expecting the community to finish the job they couldn’t be bothered to do. Still, to give it some credit, maybe someone will end up building something useful from it.

Well the author explicitly says:

Since then, many of you have reached out with genuine interest in contributing, learning from or even continuing the work yourselves.

In another thread the author said that there are no plans to upload an updated version to Steam. There is also no plan to maintain the repo in the long run and forks are expected.
