My dogs seem to know when my partner or I aren't feeling well, they tend to lay on top of or burrow behind us when that happens. Depending on the dog.

The fun part is, my partner isn't super self aware when starting to feel sick, and the little dog deciding it's time to cuddle generally precedes a few days of feeling icky.
