Misleading headline, they’re already allowed to discriminate, they’re arguing they should be allowed to receive taxpayer funds for the school even though they aren’t open to everyone.

Especially not the american version of it. It's a shame, really. Ah well, the past couple of Popes have been making some progressive moves. Maybe they'll fix the bigotry inherent in the system eventually, regardless of what the supreme asshats decide.
