Right so I have terrible time flirting. I have no idea how to express it when I find someone attractive. I keep calling people I’m into ‘bro’ and my girl friends call me a dumbass for it. Most probably deserved. I struggle holding eye contact or looking at the same dude twice. Even if they might be into me as well I just find myself getting too flustered to look back again. Which makes me seem uninterested.
Occasionally when men say things that most women would catch on immediately, but I just get awkward about it or get it it waaayy too late.
So how do you know a woman might be into you / flirting with you? and what do you like when you’re approached? (talk and act vise) Is it the confidence you like, or is there more to it?
I might be doomed if I dont solve this issue, please help.

You are imagining they are women, but they are indeed different. I know that didn't help much, but here's something more practically useful: in general, guys don't need to be flirted with or hit on. We just go crazy when a girl we like notices things about us and takes an interest in us. Just ask us questions about those things and act interested in what we have to say.

If you want to be more forward, you can ask us what we are doing this weekend. That opens the door for him to ask you out if he's interested. You don't have to ask a guy out, just ask what he's doing this weekend. And say "oh that sounds really fun!" Wait for 3 seconds then if he doesn't invite you, say "ok talk to ya later!" You might have to do that a couple more times for the more thick-headed ones... If they ask you what you are doing, just say "I'm pretty free, why?"
