Tip: AP (ActivityPub) forums that adopt communities often allow tagging communities so external users can find them more easily.

Agreed. PieFed is becoming a great community. In fact, I will argue it is better than the mainstream sites like reddit.

Ironically, PieFed translates OP's link style to something that works on our home instances, but the method that you brought up here allows broader adoption by helping people on Lemmy and Mbin do the same.
