Full layout on my forum here. Basic idea is 3 thin clients that fit within:
All suggestions greatly appreciated! Never done this before, but hoping to save myself from the future hassle of having to drive to the data center... would much rather log in on Wireguard and address things by remotely rebooting, etc. |

Does your DC use hot/cold aisles? If so save yourself the hassle of your dc asking why hot air is getting pushed through the front of your rack and get a 1u fan assembly of some sort. Also be aware that the space above and below you will be in use, so you need room for the air to get pushed through from the front. Are they providing power outlets that you can manage? Makes kvm a lot easier. Speaking of kvm, do your devices support vpro? That’s easier to deal with after it’s set up than separate kvm console. A 1u NAS will be super helpful if you don’t have shared storage. Thin cat6 cabling makes things a lot easier. |

No vpro on the hp t740, because it is AMD. I'll check on managed outlets and look into fan assembly. |
