I'm back thinking about national healthcare systems design.

It's part of my greater interest in national politics.

I'm trying to read some literature on the subject, though I'm finding it a frustratingly abstract. I guess that makes sense, since this is the sort of thing that hasn't really been tested all that much... There aren't many fantastic healthcare systems out there. There are a few good ones, but they all have issues, to some extent. I guess I may have a bit of an issue with trying to find a fantastic solution that may simply not exist; I don't want to settle for just fine, I want to choose great.

I do think there are good directions to walk towards, and I'm starting to derive some sort of consensus from what I'm reading, but it's a little rough, frankly.

Anyway, I wore my PJs, today.
