I have a few prints that have AR FCG with anti roll pins and a bar connecting the two pins but over time I think the pressure from the springs have shifted and essentially made the trigger a binary trigger. They are about 2 years old. Anyone else having this issue? If so is there a workaround?

It's creep. Happens more the thinner the walls to the FCG pocket are. You did the right thing using anti-walks with the bar.

Consider designs that use the DB FCG sideplates (like the ones on later Alloy releases) as they lock down the relatitonship between the two pins and the cam in the FCG assembly relative to each other. Thicker walls, like those on the FGC-9, can also help.

Happened to me once, but for a different reason, my trigger wouldn't release the hammer so I filed the parts that connect believing it was due to me using parts from different fcgs, and it turned binary lol
