What's wrong with all the other Fediverse communities?

Out of curiosity, I counted how many my instance, despite being small, tracks or tracked at some point:

• 3 Italian ones
• 1 Brazilian
• 1 German (that allows English posts)
• 1 from Hexbear
• 1 derelict from a dead instance (kbin.social)
• 8 English ones (including the OP's)

Maybe the new community is due to some drama? Though most of those are chill, and alternatives are aplenty if there are issues with some specific community.

Personal concerns surrounding threats of defederation. The instances I do trust implicitly don't operate a c/Fediverse.

Also Quokk.au has a few of it's own services that I would like a centralised place for, such as Threadirator and our finally working Community Growth Tracker. Both of these services work across PieFed/Lemmy, whereas previous ones have largely focused on Lemmy.
