Aye, Friday! Hope ye're having a guid wee day.

Tell us, folk, what hae ye been up tae since Monday? What's the most memorable thing that happened tae ye this week?

Half way to automation here. Got it posting, with a silly wee message, but didn't pin yet. My script failed after creation sadly, I suspect not handling a 200

Better make mahsel an automod account for it next, fix the bug, then set a crontab. Nearly there!

Out for some pool tonight after watching the snooker final this week. Then tomorrow a day of computer games ah reckun. An Sunday mibbes Arthur's Seat with the kids

Hauling myself out of a funk again, but getting there! Been doing a bit of worldbuilding-ish creative writing and also making some music. Looking forward to seeing friends on Sunday, there's folk gathering from a fair bit away that I haven't seen in a while. Hoping to go out for that wild garlic again, and also go see the bluebells. Feeling pleasantly surprised by the election results so far too.

Most memorable thing that happened to me this week? Uhh, I'm struggling to think of anything, which suggests not a lot happened to me this week! I enjoyed watching Project Hail Mary, I suppose?

Its a great film! I've seen it twice since it came out! Did you cry?

Sounds good! Just saw Arthur's Seat on the news there and always think I should climb it!!

Funny week with Monday off then inservice Thursday! Kids were a bit unsettled because of all the comings and goings!
I have sore legs after pilates this week and it doesn't seem to be going!!

Most memorable thing this week was going for a lovely woodland walk with OH and the dug! Some beautiful wildflowers out just now!!

The book brought a tear, but the film didn't for me. Both very good though! Andy Weir knows how to write a nuerodivergant hit!

Bluebells next, yup, looking fab jn my garden too. Did some moss killer for the lawn tonight, hoping it brings my lawn tk life! Need to clear some more beds, my tatties are doing grand, and ingins braw. And I think some garlic from an old bulb I had!

Loving my garden this year anyway, guid tae see it daein so fine like. Read any other Andy Weir? They all stuck with me, each book! I finished my Covenanter book, ontk some sci-fi next for me

It doesn't take all day, so is dead easy - great for the kids! Need to take some Junior Duke photos for it this week, see if we can finish it for end of term :)

Stretches for the legs then, Saturday morning yoga for you. Think I'm off swimming tomorrow morning instead, weather is shit in Embra anyway

It looks ok here just now!! I need to get out of bed though and experience the day!! I'll probably swim on Monday!

Aww brilliant! Hows your wee one getting on with the bike?

He's doing great! He can go from post to post no problems at all. And my eldest is doing amazing too, I got her a geared bike last year. Think we might cycle to the park Sunday too

Perfect!! Hope it stays dry for you!!

Plan to finish a costume piece within the next few days. Creatively I've been more into that of late than illustrating. You have to go with your gut with these things. Won't be screen accurate but it will have the right feel (doesn't super matter about the accuracy given that I am, let's just say, not exactly the same build as the character that wears it on-screen. But fancy-dress/cosplay should always be foremost for the fun of it).
