David Wenham.

When you think of Jim Gordon, you think of a man who's weathered, sharp-eyed, and unshaken by Gotham. David Wenham has the perfect balance of grit and gravitas to bring Gordon to life in my opinion.

Wenham has already proven he can play characters who carry the weight of leadership while staying grounded. His rugged presence, and ability to portray a man with unwavering integrity make him a natural fit for Gotham's top cop.
