Was out of work for 6 months. Went for any job I could do because I have a house. Finally got hired after 6 months.

It’s not good. I’m about to start day 3 and so far:

I’ve signed nothing

I don’t have a job description

It’s a warehouse job, I’ve had no health and safety training

One guy I’m working with has said he’s threatened to quit several times

Same guy used a slur in the workplace yesterday

There’s no rhyme or reason to where things are put, I just need to learn where everything is

There’s a few other bits, but you get the idea

If I didn’t need the money, I’d walk. Instead I get to come him in the evening and get right back onto trying to find a better job.
