Hi everyone! Just a curiosity post. When my mind is in a mess I have a song that I play that calms and quietens my mind for a few minutes. It’s called Strong by London Grammar. It’s an old one but only came across it a month ago. I can’t pinpoint why but listening to it quietens my mind and takes over my brain. Total bliss for a few minutes. Has anyone music/a song that does that for you? I’m just curious. Thanks ❤️
